We used Paula to buy a house and sell a house. During the buying process, she showed us many homes and was always available for last minute showing requests. I had a coworker say the same thing about how many homes Paula showed them before they found their perfect home. During our selling process, she handled all the showings and negotiations well and got us a good price for our home. If you need someone to keep things moving and stay on track, she's great at it. If you need some extra time to get things done, it's best to communicate that up front. I would use Paula again if the need arises.
